New Directory Format

As we have been receiving a large amount of spam submissions, we now require users to sign up for a free account before they are allowed to submit any links. This helps us to keep our database uncluttered, and it helps our members as they know they are submitting to a clean database with quality links.

We also now require any new website submissions to have a reciprocal link to our site before their submissions are accepted.
